• Free features: Market scanning, opportunity discovery, idea validation, and basic project previews are available at no cost
• Paid features: Full execution plans, detailed playbooks, task management, and unlimited AI co-founder access require a one-time per-project unlock fee

Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though changes will not affect previously purchased unlocks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Webyne is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
